ABOUT THE INTREPID MUSEUM STORE
The Intrepid Museum Store fully supports the mission of the Intrepid Museum, namely to honor our heroes, educate the public, and inspire our youth. In this regard we offer merchandise from all branches of the military as well as the police and fire department. A percentage of all sales goes directly to the Museum to support their numerous programs.

At the Museum Store we carry merchandise that caters to all ages and interests. The discerning collector can purchase Museum quality art and collectables while the young at heart and age can purchase anything from inexpensive souvenirs, caps, clothing and toys that are fun to play with and also stretch the mind.

PRIVACY POLICY:
When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number with expiration date, and e-mail address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, and notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on our mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone.

RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will gladly refund your money or send you a replacement. The Intrepid Museum Store will accept returns of merchandise up to 30 days after purchase. All returns require the original packing materials and are subject to the approval of the Intrepid Museum Store. Please note that DVDs or Video that have been opened will not be considered for return.

If you recieved the wrong size/color or item, contact us at 1-646-442-1693 and we will issue you a 'Call Tag' to have the item picked up at no cost to you. We must receive the incorrect item before we can ship the correct item to you at no cost (rush services not available).

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
We ship most orders with Federal Express and USPS (United States Postal Service) to P.O. Boxes and Military Bases. Charges are based on your Order Total, with additional charges for shipments outside the continental United States. Rush Services are available, but apply to in-stock items only, and not available to rural routes or P.O. Boxes. You are not charged for shipping until your order is sent.
